Short answer: Kakobuy acts as a purchasing and forwarding service between you and sellers on Chinese marketplaces. You provide a source link, Kakobuy places the order, the seller sends the item to Kakobuy’s warehouse, and you review the warehouse information before submitting an international parcel. Prices, availability, seller terms and shipping choices should be checked again at each stage.

This is an independent guide, not the official Kakobuy website. It explains the workflow using Kakobuy’s currently published purchase process, reviewed September 20, 2026.

How the Kakobuy buying process works

The important distinction is that the original marketplace seller supplies the product, while Kakobuy provides purchasing, warehouse and forwarding services. The spreadsheet helps with discovery; it does not replace the live seller page or Kakobuy’s current order details.

Stage What happens What you should verify
Source link You paste a product or store link into Kakobuy. The link, seller, selected variant and current availability.
Purchase Kakobuy places the domestic order after your order is confirmed. Item price, domestic delivery, notes and seller conditions.
Warehouse The seller sends the item to Kakobuy’s warehouse in China. Arrival status, received quantity and warehouse information.
Inspection A basic quality check is performed after arrival. Visible differences, ordered variant and any issue that needs a recheck.
International parcel You select warehouse items and submit them together for delivery. Parcel details, available route, current charge and destination restrictions.

Step-by-step: from link to warehouse

1. Start with the original product link

Use a current product URL from the seller or marketplace. Kakobuy’s purchase page supports a link-based ordering flow. Before copying the URL, check that the original page still loads and that the product details match what you want.

2. Paste the link into Kakobuy

Open the Kakobuy purchasing interface and paste the source URL. If Kakobuy can read the page, it may display available variants and seller information. If the page cannot be parsed, confirm the original URL and use the platform’s manual “Fill & Buy” route when available instead of guessing a replacement product.

3. Choose the exact variant

Compare color, size, quantity and any seller-specific option against the original page. Add a concise order note only when it clarifies an option the seller already offers. A note is not a guarantee that a seller can customize an item.

4. Review the order total

Do not look only at the product price. The domestic order can also involve seller delivery or service-related charges shown in the live checkout. International shipping is a later stage and should not be treated as fixed at the moment you buy the product.

5. Wait for warehouse arrival

Products from different sellers can arrive at different times. Kakobuy’s published process says purchased items are sent to its warehouse before the quality-check and parcel stages. Watch the order status rather than assuming an estimated seller dispatch time is a delivery promise.

6. Review the warehouse information

Check the received item before submitting an international parcel. Confirm the ordered variant, quantity and visible condition. Kakobuy describes its warehouse inspection as a basic check with important limits; read the Kakobuy QC guide before treating warehouse photos as proof of every detail.

7. Submit the international parcel

Select the items you want to ship together, review the available logistics options and submit the parcel. Use the current estimate as planning information, then confirm the live parcel charge and restrictions shown at submission. The Kakobuy shipping guide explains this decision in more detail.

What to do when a product link does not work

  • Open the original marketplace URL and confirm that it still exists.
  • Remove accidental tracking fragments only if doing so preserves the real product URL.
  • Try Kakobuy’s manual Fill & Buy flow when the product is valid but cannot be parsed.
  • Do not substitute a similar-looking listing without comparing the seller, variant and terms.
  • If the seller page is gone, return to the Kakobuy Spreadsheet and choose another current entry point.

Buying checklist before you pay

  • Source: Is this the intended seller and product page?
  • Variant: Are size, color and quantity correct?
  • Measurements: Did you compare a size chart or item dimensions where provided?
  • Seller terms: Are returns or exchanges limited for the selected option?
  • Total path: Have you allowed for domestic ordering and later international shipping?
  • Restrictions: Is the item permitted by the platform, carrier and destination rules shown at the time of shipment?

Frequently asked questions

Does Kakobuy sell the products?

Kakobuy’s item pages describe third-party marketplace products and a purchasing service. The original seller supplies the item; Kakobuy handles the service flow displayed on its platform.

Can a Kakobuy spreadsheet guarantee stock or price?

No. A spreadsheet is a discovery tool. Stock, variants, seller prices and platform charges can change, so the live destination must be checked before payment.

Can I combine products from different sellers?

Kakobuy’s published process says products purchased from different sellers can be sent to its warehouse, where you can select items for an international parcel. The actual parcel options depend on the live warehouse and shipping information.
